New laws under the Environment Quality Act 1974 in three sectors has been passed recently and enforced from December 2009. ENSEARCH in collaboration with the Department of Environment (DOE) is organizing a half-day seminar to further explain and answer your question regarding these new laws. Consultants, engineers and people from industries who are directly or indirectly affected by these laws are encouraged to attend this seminar.
