1. Opening Address by the President 2024/2025.
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 40th Annual General Meeting held on 26th June 2024 (Wednesday) at Kelab Golf Negara Subang.
3. Matters Arising.
4. Tabling of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2024.
5. Acceptance of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts for the financial Year 2024.
6. Election of Council Members 2025/2027.
7. Appointment of two Honorary Auditors.
8. Appointment of Professional Auditors 2025/2026.
9. Debate and decision on any Resolution duly submitted and received by the Hon. Secretary General at least two weeks before the Meeting.
10. Any Other Business.
